My name is Royce Bacay, and I am the founder of ClientLine LLC. I built ClientLine because I believe small and solo law firms deserve the same after-hours intake capabilities as large firms, without the overhead of a full-time answering service.

I am an aspiring criminal defense attorney. I earned my Associate of Science in Business from Northern Essex Community College and am currently an incoming junior pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Houston. After completing my undergraduate degree, I plan to attend law school with the goal of practicing criminal defense.

That background shapes every decision behind ClientLine: I understand the legal profession from the inside, and I have built this service with attorney ethics, client confidentiality, and the realities of running a small practice at the center of every design decision.
